  1. your card remains the property of Passionflower and is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use of Passionflower's membership program
  2. the cardholder is liable for all transactions
  3. the membership card is not transferable
  4. points cannot be exchanged for cash
  5. points cannot be redeemed for takeaway items
  6. points cannot be transferred from one card to another
  7. passionflower accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or destruction of your card
  8. points can only be added to your membership card at the point of sale. previous receipts of different date and time of transaction cannot be added into your card
  9. for every one dollar spent you earn one point
  10. for every 300 points spent you can redeem one free dessert. the lesser valued dessert is free if with another purchased dessert
  11. items available for redemption may change from time to time
  12. items redeemable excludes “lovers and friends”, "beverages", "just 4 us"
  13. redeemable items are subject to changes at anytime without prior notice
  14. points cannot be redeemed with other vouchers, discounts, group discounts and promotional offers
  15. only the cardholder is entitled to the Birthday Promotion
  16. only one type of promotion can be used at any one time
  17. only one card can be used to earn points per bill or table. the system does not allow split bills between two or more cards
  18. maximum of 300 points can be earned per transaction
  19. please ask the Passionflower staff to check the balance of your card
  20. if you are redeeming points for a free dessert, you cannot use your card to passion points for the same transaction
